Perfect for a newborn or tiny baby, this organic comforter has an all over grey stripe pattern and coordinating hat. (Please note the grey stripe is slightly darker than the picture) 
There are many experts that believe babies sleep better when they have a comforter, as they feel safe and more relaxed when they have their special toy with them Lots of babies naturally adopt a beloved and special toy which they carry with them during the day and which then goes in to the cot at night time to help them sleep.


When choosing a comforter for your baby make sure that it is cotton as this is a breathable fabric and also machine washable which is particularly important if it is to be your baby’s constant companion. Also make sure that it is not a beanie stuffed with small parts which could come out if split.

PLEASE NOTE. Our comforters are made using organic fabrics left over from the manufacture of baby clothes. We are only able to buy limited quantities of a design so typically each of our baby comforters will sell out within 6 months. If your baby becomes attached and you feel you may need a spare please don’t wait as they do sell out quicky!

Our comforters are 100% organic cotton, including the stuffing which is also 100% organic cotton.They are 20cm x 24cm which is a perfect comforter size - small enough to be safe but large enough to be a gripped and carried. 

This baby comforter is hand made using off cuts of 100% Egyptian organic cotton clothing material. The perfect companion for newborn babies,

Handmade, fair trade and machine washable. Tested to EN71 and CE.
All Under the Nile toys are handmade so sizes can vary significantly. Dimensions are given as a guide only.

*Tip: Place a bath towel in the dryer with the toy to dry faster if you have a little one who can't wait!

Delivery and Returns Information

Delivery  

Delivery is from as little as £3 to addresses within in the UK – and free when you spend over £50 on our products. We usually ship all goods within 24 hours on confirmation of your order and payment, once shipped your order will be marked as “completed” so you know it’s on its way.

If you’re in a hurry and you need something sooner please select Express Delivery and we’ll aim to get your delivery to within 1-2 days (if ordered before 2pm with Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery) 

We use Royal Mail to send all of our deliveries and standard UK Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although during the Covid19 pandemic times may be longer. Deliveries to the rest of the EU may take longer.

International orders may be subject to additional customs charges.
Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately we don’t know in advance  if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid by you, the recipient of the parcel. All orders outside of the UK need to be marked with the value of the items enclosed by law.

Returns

At Mellie Green we’re aware that it isn’t always easy buying clothes for your little ones online. We’re happy to exchange or refund purchases of any clothing within 28 days. We can either credit your account or refund directly through PayPal to your account. Please contact us at hello@melliegreenorganic.com stating your name and order number and we will await your return. Please note that we do not refund postage costs to return items unless they are faulty, but we may give you a credit to use against future purchases with Mellie Green.

All returns or refund items must be returned in a resaleable condition with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for any items which are returned damaged or not in a resaleable condition. Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange any underwear, tights or teethers unless faulty.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. If you need to do this please contact us as soon as possible at hello@melliegreenorganic.com and we will halt your order. Please note, if your order is marked as “complete” in your account then it may have already been processed and dispatched, if this is the case then please follow the returns information above.
