Terms & Conditions
In addition to both parties’ standard terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the competition are as follows;
- The winner must have submitted their entry between Friday 22nd March and Friday 12th April 2024
- The winner must follow both parties Instagram accounts and tag an account in the comments section of the original competition post
- The winner must have shared the post to their stories and tagged both accounts
- Use their prize within 6 months of the winning entry being drawn. Deadline October 12th 2024
- Have a newborn baby (between 5-14 days old) during this time period
- Agree to both Mellie Green and Joss Guest Photography's terms and conditions
- Sign the model release form that allows both parties to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes
- Be able and willing to travel to the studio in Morpeth for the photoshoot within the time period outlined at their own cost.
- No travel expenses will be covered
- The prize consists of a Mellie Green Mummy & Me or Mummy to Be Gift Box plus a Newborn Photoshoot with Joss Guest Photography plus 3 digital images from the shoot.
