You have probably received so many of these emails over the last few weeks as small businesses grapple with a new reality of trading.
I've had many messages over the last week asking me to add messages to parcels and they're heartbreaking to read, friends missing baby showers, relatives missing first birthdays and grandparents missing the birth of their grand children; not knowing how long it will be until they can have that first cuddle.
As long as we can continue to get your deliveries to you we’ll keep going. We’re doing our bit to help by providing free gift wrapping and cards so you can continue to send that special person a gift to make them smile. You can find our free gift wrapping option at the checkout, just tick the box and add your message. We'll do our best to choose the right card to suit your message, but if you have a preference please let us know.
During this period we'll also be extending returns, exchange and refund periods and extending any gift cards or vouchers which are due to expire.
